Loved it until smell Developed

"Loved Lanolips so much I bought myself and both daughters a tube. Less than half way through the tube a rancid smell developed. This happened with two of the three tubes. It costs too much to go bad so quickly. I’m disappointed and likely won’t repurchase."

Nevrr got my package

"I never got my order because my package was stolen because of the piled up snow I'm guessing the mailman never brought it up to my door. I contacted Lano about and was told the tracking said delivered and I haven't gotten any other replies about the fact that doesn't mean I actually got the package. I never got my order that cost me over 50 bucks on abd I'm still making payments on which I think is incredibly unfair and nit right. I never got my items abd lano never helped me concerning this so I'm very disappointed abd very unhappy that couldn't even respond back to me about it after I told them that the snow must have caused the mailman to not do their job completely and put it at my door instead of on the street. My neighbor told me his package was laid in the snow at the street on the sidewalk so I'm assuming that's what happened to mine. Lano does not help their customers. So anyone else ordering please be aware of this"
