Delivery & Orders
Your LANO will go in a reversable LANO shipper box & will be protected by brown craft paper. Small orders will go in a soft bubble-padded envelope. Product boxes may dent a bit in the padded envelope.
Orders received by 1pm Central Time CST will go same day with the exception of weekend orders which will ship on Mondays. We will do our best to ship orders received after this as same day, however they will generally be processed next day.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods. Due to the COVID-19 situation, our delivery providers including Fedex are unfortunately experiencing delays.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
Currently our USA warehouse is shipping to USA only. For orders outside of North America, our Australian warehouse is shipping to some other countries (50+). Please go to Lanolips.com.au to double check. For all other countries not listed, unfortunately we don’t yet ship to your region, we are working on it. Please sign up to our email newsletter and we’ll email you when we are live in your region.
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. As orders are processed very quickly, please email our customer care team immediately. It may still be too late to stop the process. We'll do our best to help, but we can't cancel orders once they have shipped. Refer to Returns for more information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
OPENED PRODUCT RETURN
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED ON Lanolips.com
For purchases made other than via lanolips.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through lanolips.com.
Accepted within 30 days, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition.
Please email email@example.com with your order number to advise us for a return authorization.
Once confirmed, please send back to Lano c/o System Beauty, 5050 Rondo Drive, Fort Worth, TX, 76106, USA. You'll need to include the Return Authority number we provide you in the address otherwise we won't be able to refund you.
We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
SALES TAX, VAT, GST, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES.
All orders for USA include Sales Tax. However, for international customs and import duties, Lanolips has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Lanolips is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
