"I have been purchasing Lanolips products for 8 years and love the item, unfortunately I received a bill from FedEx a month following the purchase stating that we owe the fees despite the website saying it is included in the purchase. Unless this is resolved I won't re-purchase."

"Nothing beats the lanolips 101 ointment for a lip treatment for keeping you lips nourished and hydrated, they last so long on your lips, even after the excess balm has worn off, a protctive layer remains for hours and hours, NOTHING BEAT IT! I also love that you can choose to apply a tiny dot which is enough to hydrate but doesnt looks glossy, or add more if you do want a glossy look. I didnt buy the peach scent directly from lanolips but i own this and so far this is my favoutite scent out of the many I own, it smells so good and gives me good feelings of nostalgia, best scent in the lanolips collection"
