I have tried Lanolips 101 Ointment in every single flavor, and the pear flavor is the Holy Grail for grownups who want a fruity flavored lip balm that doesn't taste like it was made for an 11-year-old. Don't get me wrong, the other fruit flavors are nice, but this is next level, and I've never seen any other company with a pear flavored lip balm. I'm just sad that this never comes in any of the sets, because I would love to give it in gift sets to friends-- or maybe just make a gift set that's a pair of pears! Please never stop making this-- it's HEAVENLY.
I love this balm! Iv been trying to find something that has a shiny look on my lips yet is thick and lasts a long time. This balm has it all! It took a couple days for my lips to get used to the formula, but now they are so hydrated and smooth. The scent on this balm is very fruity, so if you don’t really like fruity things I would maybe pick mint or the original 101 ointment:)
I’ve been using the regular 101 for quite some time and I love it. So I was curious about the 101 coconutter... the smell is not very pleasant to me. But the substance is! It works very well. Also when you are prone to having a cold sore... it works wonders. I will buy it again.
Sorry, can't use, had to throw away. The Peach one smells exactly like my cat peed in the house....
This is a concentrated product, so a little goes a long way. This may be the problem faced by Misha in her review: she may have used too much, assuming this was a typical drugstore lippie. You need less of this product, but is moisturizes and protects everything it touches - lips, cuticles, little dry patches - better than anything else I’ve tried. I’ve tried all but the pear, which is not available in the US, and enjoy them all.
