This works beautifully just like my strawberry ointment. It seals, moisturizes, protects, etc. It smells pretty good but not amazing. Hence the 4 stars. Not the best watermelon scent out there and my strawberry ointment just smells so much better. But if you’d like another addition to your Lano collection , definitely try it.
This does not smell like watermelon, the artificial scent that is pushed to consumers. This does however have a plastic smell to it. However, with regards to the quality, it doesn’t disappoint. No matter what, Lano is liquid gold but should revisit the scent. Real watermelon doesn’t really have a scent that much.
I bought this watermelon flavour thinking it would smell a little bit like watermelon ...
but mine smells nothing like it. It smells pretty bad actually. I was expecting the smell to be there a little bit more like the other ones.. but this one missed the mark for me.
I have been using multiple Lano products for a while now, and love every single one! Nothing has worked for my dry lips as much as Lanolips. I figured the new watermelon ointment would be just another addition to my collection. Although it does the job, it smells awful. I have the other watermelon product and was expecting the same scent. I was going to return it but my husband doesn’t mind the scent, and loves the brand! Could I have gotten a bad tube? It literally doesn’t smell like watermelon AT ALL.
Fresh, Juicy and DEEPLY nourishing! The watermelon flavour reminded me of my childhood sitting by the pool with freshly cut up watermelon
