Still havent received it

"Ordered on the 2nd of December, took a week for it to be “shipped” which is ok because it was a busy time. It is now 29th of December and I still havent received my items. I emailed on the 17th December, was told they lodged an enquiry with Australia Post and that was all they could do. I was advised I could return the items if they arrived after Christmas, but no resolution to what if I never even receive the package. The Australia post tracking says they havent received it, just that the label was created by Lanolips. Now the office is shut for the holidays and I am out of pocket my money as well as had to repurchase other gifts to replace these, and now just have to wait until you reopen so I can have someone get back to me with a resolution."
